Whether with yourself or with others, connection is key to healing.
Every part of you is welcome here — curiosity included.
CLU doesn’t sell pleasure as a performance. It offers it as a practice.
CLU is holistic because it supports the body, nervous system, and sense of agency—not just sensation.
Providing clear, non-judgmental instructions combined with trauma-aware guidance with an emphasis on self-trust over technique.

About Stevi
Stevi Gelinas holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and a Master of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy. Her work is rooted in trauma-informed, relational healing and the belief that deeper connection begins with emotional safety, embodied awareness, and compassionate self-understanding.
Stevi is a writer, poet, and Maine Notary Public. Her work has been featured in Elephant Journal and various newspapers, where she has explored the connection between trauma, touch, and healing—specifically the relationship between Veteran PTSD and massage therapy.
With training in both mental health and massage therapy, Stevi brings a unique whole-person perspective to her work. She specializes in working with individuals and couples who are navigating disconnection, emotional shutdown, patterns shaped by trauma, or challenges with intimacy. Her approach blends evidence-informed therapeutic techniques with grounding practices that help clients reconnect to their inner world and to each other.
Stevi’s style is warm, honest, nonjudgmental, and deeply human. She believes healing happens when people feel safe to explore their story, express their truth, and build relationships based on mutual trust and embodied connection.
She lives in the mountains of Maine with her husband and beloved four-legged best friend in a house she built with her own hands. She served a deployment during Operation Iraqi Freedom making this a Veteran-Owned small business.
